I'm in the process of building an ebike battery pack out of salvaged cells from medical battery packs.
Unfortunately, one of the packs was full of dead cells, that gave a measuring of 1.3v per cell.
I realized that way too late because I didn't bother to check the module for proper voltages. I had already salvaged the cells and spotwelded one of them into a parallel group with healthy cells from the other modules, oh boy.
I finally realized that because I felt the parallel group get hot after welding it, luckily the cell doesn't have much capacity since it's dead, so it must have charged up in minutes without heating too much.

Now, how do I find it without tearing apart the whole parallel group and capacity testing each cell by itself?
Is it even possible?
Any help is much appreciated
