20s x 30p pack using Vruzend V 1.6

Hi all,

Does anyone know if it is safe to create 20s x 30p pack using a VRUZEND V1.6 battery kit? Our concern is that the bus bars may not be able to handle the amperage. We would like to avoid spot welding if possible. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hey,
Thank you both for getting back. The two controllers will pull a combined 240A, and the pack will need to be mobile (mounted on a UTV) Your advice is very much appreciated.

8amps per cell youre probably better off paralleling 5 packs of 6p with something like NESE

For that current i would use the v2.1 instead of the v1.6, as its rated for 20A per cell instead of the 3.5A rating the v1.6 have.
