Hello,
My Wate charger just died while charging, it's a 67.2V 5A model.
It stopped while charging, the case was pretty hot but no smoke or odd sound.
When I plug power no led turns red, I opened it and there is no black stuff or burned components so I took my multimeter and figured out 2 NPN transistors and 2 rectifiers seems to be dead :
2 x FHA13009 (NPN transistors)
2 x MUR1660CT (rectifiers)
Has anyone experienced this ? Obviously I checked the fuses, they are okay.
The 4 dead components are show below
