Hi All,

At the moment I am experimenting with an 24S battery on an citycoco harley scooter, all stock, 12FET controller( shunt moded with solder), 50mm wide stator.

For the battery build i used this bms from batterysupports, maybe someone has any experience with it:

The stock controller consists of 12 SiTech S80N10R Fets:

I am aware that their max Vds = 80V & with a close to fully charged pack V~99V i put a lot of strain on them. Also the 470yF caps are only rated at 80V so i definetely plan to change them including the Fets, any suggestions? 100V 470yF caps & 4110 Fets are already ordered. I am really curious how long the original Fets & caps will last with this 24S battery Setup.

What do you think in general about this "experiment",
any advice & critics are welcome.

My main focus is the battery, which i built by myself out of used 21700 cells, thats why I tought it fits best in the category battery technology. If any Admin thinks otherwise please feel free to move it were you think it belongs(;

Thanks a lot in advance to you all.

cheers
