I have a Dillinger Ebike kit with a 36V 13AH battery. The battery is now 3 1/2 years old not performing like it used to instead of 40+ miles now I get less than 20. I would like to get another new battery but they are out of stock until May or June and they’re very expensive$399. I’m thinking of replacing with some other brand.
The other brand I was looking at was Unit Pack Power also a 36V 15AH $259, couple questions.

does anybody have any experience with this brand?
Is there a better one for the money?
The only thing I see as a small problem is the controller is part of the battery cradle I will need to re-wire with new battery connectors.
Has anybody done this and what connectors did you use or recommend

Thanks for all the help
