I just noticed that someone is selling 50 of the A123 20Ah pouch cells on ebay (with full tabs). Price is a very reasonable $34.75 plus shipping (expensive shipping unless you buy lots). They are listing them as NEW but in the picture I would have my doubts as the cell looks like it has had at least some handling?

Anyway, this might be a better route for someone wanting to get some cells that have the tabs and not want to pay $60 for them from a chinese web site.
