Anyone Ever See 4000 mah In An 18650 ?

There is no such a thing. 4000mAh is not real. Especially when it says UltraFire on it. I would stay away from these unless you plan to use them in flashlights.

But Panasonixs next 18650 will be 3600 and 4000.
And i guess they will aviable by the end of this year.

Some of the newer chemistries are touting 5 to 10 times older energy density. I don't think 6000mah in an 18650 is unreasonable. That's not to say I would believe it at this time without verifying it. Like the song says, times they are a changin.

Panasonic has 2900, 3100, 3200, 3400 and 3600. But I think it has 4000 in plan.

3600:

But I don't see bare cell for sale, only one alibaba seller has it:

You really should read links before you post them..
The tests on the lygte site "PROVE " those cells have less than 3400mAhr capacity !

There should be a prize for the first verifiable report of an 18650 that tests with more than 3400mAhr capacity !
They undoubtedly exist, but unfortunately only behind locked doors in testing labs currently.

C'mon guys, everybody know that Chineses are much smaller than Americans.
That's why you can cram more chinese amps in a small 18650 than american amps.

You should read better too

These cells are rated 2.5 V discharge, and his tests are down to 2.8.

"The cell used can be discharged down to 2.5 volt, in my test I only discharges to 2.8 volt, i.e. I do not measure the full capacity"

Check out his 18650b test, he is also not getting 3400 mah:
