There is an electric car that needs a 70A 13S charger so I contacted my custom charger company and all is fine except that they mentioned that a regular wall socket would burn.
It's about 3800W and it's going to charge for about 8-10 hours constant.
Also, the output wires are 8AWG and it doesn't seem like they will hold 70A at 54.6V for hours straight, especially if they will be over 1.5 meter long.
Any ideas?

You will need a charger that has a 3 phase AC input.
He could also get a 25A socket installed in his home, I saw some people have this in their home for their Airconditioner.

8AWG on the DC side should be able to handle 70A just enough to not get hot.
Highest resistance will be at the Connector that connects to the BMS/Battery so make sure those can handle it.

3800W is ~15A at 240V. A single phase 16A plug/socket would be on the limit, but a 32A would be fine and is a common industrial outlet for power-hungry electrical equipment.
