Hi all,
I'm looking for a AC mains to DC power supply of about 70V (min 66V) to power a 360W FRNSI DC6006L adjustable PSU. I'm not sure what is the maximum it can take, need to open it up, but spec says 70V. I have to assume it has 80V caps, but I'll check.
After googling, ebay and alibaba, looking at the prices of what is labeled as PSU, I was disapointed in the pricing - even if they offer more settings than I need. Now I'm focusing on 16-17s 4.2V chemistry battery chcargers. There are of course lots of possibilities, but I'm not looking at professional stuff, quite the opposite. I'm looking for ideas, thoughts advice, my level is amateur electronics diyer.
No need to click on the links below, that are some non-crazy things I think might work, but not sure. Here's some things I found:
*https://www.ebay.com/itm/383760177980?hash=item5959e39b3c:g:jhQAAOSw54NduoGU seems it might do the job, but there's no isolation between input and output stage that I could detect
*https://www.ebay.com/itm/234167124238?hash=item368572c10e:g:xe0AAOSw~hNdJrBu a 17s battery charger
*https://www.ebay.com/itm/353558615336?hash=item5251bc5528:g:GIQAAOSwuChg38BM much cheaper but 16s battery charger
Since I only need a constat DC feed, are battery chargers my best shot?
Cheers from polar Scandinavia
