Problem with gas throttle limitation. Bafang BBS02 48V 500W

Hello everyone, I need help. I have a Bafang BBS02 48V 500W motor. The problem is as follows. I tried many times to program the controller. PAS mode works fine. But I just can’t get the full power on the throttle stick. She works for about 60%. Before that, there was a motor-wheel, and everything was quietly reprogrammed there. And here it doesn’t work out. If necessary, I can show screenshots with the settings. Now the maximum that the throttle stick is issued is 35km per hour. And in the 9 PAS mode, the bike rides 45-48km per hour
