How to set number of PAS sensor poles, max throttle power on KT controller

I have a KT controller with an LCD6 display.

I want to change the number of poles on the PAS sensor to five; currently it's either 10 or 12. I also want to set the max throttle power to max / WOT; currently it maxes out around 60%, significantly less than what I get with PAS5.

I can't seem to find these two settings in the manual, but that thing is hard to make out. Is there a way to change these settings, or do I need to change to Flexible Opensource Firmware (stancecoke) to have control of them?

I do not have experience with this display. I found this link to the manual http://www.szktdz.com/en/news_show.php?article_id=542 . It looks like to set for 5 PAS magnets C1 = either zero or double zero . For throttle, keep in mind that the word gear means top speed for the setting. So P4 has to be set as noted . I would select P4=0 ( throttle on demand ). Then C4 =2 . Right after C4= 2 is confirmed I would press the up arrow to select higher top speed ( default is 50 % ) see page 24 . These displays usually program in Kph .
