Hi!

I just got myself a Baserunner L10 which is running on 48V and the first time I connected it with the Phaserunner Suite, I automatically get: Faults2[1]: Current Scaling. It's there with/without the motor hall connected and it's the same thing when there's just no motor at all. I don't have a Cycle Analyst; only 2x throttle (1x for acceleration and 1x for regen braking)

What are the possible causes? I can't find anything about that on the Web. Here's my XML config file that I never tested yet.View attachment 500W Hub.xml

Thanks!

I got the same problem here. I have been told by Grinn that the current sensor is a Hall effect sensor and to make sure nothing magnetic is close to the BaseRunner. The issue disapeared and then reappeared after a few weeks. The bike's frame is a carbon frame and the PAS sensor is 4'' away from the BaseRunner.

Weird thing: on the Dashboard, the motor current is around 27A. When unplugged, goes down to 0 but the error is still there. Even after a power cycle (OFF-ON).

I will replace the BaseRunner soon and see if it changes anything.
