Hiya, I'm hoping someone can help me with some technical advice. I've a Decathlon Bebike 700, bought in France 2015 that has started playing up.
The cycle assist seems to stop working especially on 'high' mode. As I click on H the you can feel the motor delivering power but it's only for about a second and then clicks off. All the lights on the panel stay illuminated when this happens. Any ideas folks? I've played around with the pedal assist sensor but this does not seem to affect it. Here is a video showing the issue

Hmm never thought of testing that.
I'll give it a go.....what should I be expecting?

The battery is fully charged.
While trying to figure out the problem I thought that maybe there was a bad cell or two in the battery. My thinking was that with a high demand mode the battery couldn't deliver and clicked off(the display does not go off when this happens)
I sent the battery off to be checked. All the cells are good to go but they did replace the BMS. Unfortunately the issue is still happening!....so it's not a battery problem. Any other ideas folks?
