Are there any compact fuses suitable for 20S or 22S batteries available?
And how much higher than the maximum battery current should it be?

at **least** 15% of the max transient peak

slow vs fast makes a huge difference too

I like ANN very fast-acting fuses, but they're only rated to 80VDC. Available 10A-800A though.

I'd bet with a quality maker like Cooper-Bussman (Eaton), that 80V has some cushion built in

If I take a look at the diagrams in the datasheet, I think even a 200A fuse would be okay when running peaks around 270A battery which only last for a few seconds.
And I think a 80Vdc fuse should also be okay for a 22S battery because the voltage sag would bring it below 80V.
Is there somewhere a table with resistances in milliohms for the Cooper-Bussmann fuses? Unfortunately I could not find one.
