OK, got all 60 cells to 3.5V, half are 30Qs; half are NPR 2900 mAH. asic
Need 10 more cells to make 10s4p pack, using NESE kit,
What to buy?
Figure to assemble and then charge pack or bring all to 3,7v first>>>?
I know, basic craoppola,

Where did you buy your 30Q's and NPR's from?
Buy either 30Q or NPR have a few left over to build a 12V pack for a light and get a few more for spares.

just leave them at 3.5v
if youre scrounging for cells
the sony vtc6 cells would mix with 30Q just fine
but if youre buying new, what markz said

Thank-you both. Am underway,,,appreciate the advice, am anal and fearful of the cells.

I bought three years back from 18650batterystore.com cluelessly.
