Anyone ever use one of these ?

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B6B6HQZ
Pro Chaser DC-DC 120V 108V 96V 84V 72V 60V 48V Volt Voltage to 12V Step Down Voltage Reducer Regulator 180W 15A for Scooters & Bicycles Golf cart (15A 180W)

At $15 it is cheap enough but I figure it is good to ask first.

Have you read all the 1 star and 2 star reviews?

for the 15 Amp model:
10 Five star reviews.
1 Four star review.
2 Three Star reviews.
Only 2 two star reviews and one of those was because it was too large.
Only 3 one star reviews and one of those was because the user did not like the type of connector.
(and I do not plan on using its connector)

So yes I have read them.

My purpose is not to mount on the ebike but rather to be able to use the Ebike battery (36, 48 or 60 Volt) as a 12 volt power source in the event of electrical failure (i.e. hurricane) to run tablet or cell phones.

I just bought and received the 20 amp version to use on my bike because I wanted the “key on” switch wire.

Wish me luck.
