Down Rate Kelly Controller

Hello again,

I have again a configuration problem with my system consisting of Kelly KLS6018N, Cycleanalyst 3.1 and the requirements for Ebikes in Germany.

My problem relates to the time that the motor still produces thrust after you stop pedaling (PAS).

I have already set the down rate in the CA to 99, which already helps. The CA reduces the output voltage in a few ms (less than 80ms on the oscilloscope). But the Kelly controller still pushes further and exceeds the total time allowed by the law. I have a total of about 320ms at 22.5km/h to reduce the current to 0A.

I tried the following without success:
- Increase Kp and Ki of the current and speed controller of the Kelly.
- Reduce the minimum output voltage of the CA to disable the Kelly for sure.

The setting "Limit Speed Using Regen" reduces the output voltage of the CA very fast to 0.8V. This makes the deactivation sufficiently fast. But I do not want this driving behavior, because the bike then can no longer cruise.

Does anyone know a way to get the Kelly to cut the power very quickly without braking?
