It's normal that the chain and the cassette wear much faster with mid motors, because there is much more force on the components then without a motor. But you could make sure that your gear shift is adjusted as good as possible and don't apply to much force on the crank while shifting

wear on cassette ?
no so much on DD hub motor drives.
my had been lasting for very long time
the reason for that ?
going uphill I use motor to reduce stress on cassette

Keeping the chain well lubricated with a suitable lubricant can go a long to improving chain and cassette life (worn chain starts wearing the cassette). Of the data I've seen the EP filled immersion wax lubricants perform the best and I personally find them more convenient and much cleaner. Just dip the chain every once in a while instead of constantly reapplying lubes.

besides the extra weight hubmotors do not "stress" the cassette or the chain more than non e bikes. Probably even less because the force comes from the rear wheel and therefore you need less force on the components while using the motor.
