I am looking for a device (or ideas to build it) which significantly lowers my fork‘s travel while riding so I can use more torque without wheelieing when accelerating from a standstill or out of corners or when accelerating uphill.

The only available system I found is called leveLOC (just google it).
The idea is nice, but I think it would not be easy to activate it (to lower travel) while in a corner.

If you guys have any ideas how this could be solved it would be great if you can share it.

I have a FOX TALAS on a normal mountainbike. This would not be an option.
I am looking for a solution to temporarily reduce travel significantly (maybe by 70-80%)

I've been thinking that a secondary motor, mounted mid-drive style on the fork crowns or the stanchions in that area, could be beneficial for what you describe. Chain tension would compress the forks, you'd probably need a long travel tensioner on the slack side, so probably no regen. Technically making an awd bike, but I think the main benefit would be limiting rearward weight transfer.
