Hello
At first sorry for my langue i'll try my best to describe the problem.
I have 1500W brushless front hub motor, the wheel (29x3.0) is 80-90% centered by me, i used washers on axis to make best center for wheel in front fork.
Atleast i identificate the problem but i dont know how to repair it. During the ride i am using throttle, throtthle is going full power, and after this, wheel is not center in fork look pictures. It is happening whole time, i need to setting manually wheel to standard position.
Could You help me? I dont know what to do now.

I'd flip the torque arms so they are anchored on the rear side of the fork leg instead of in front. If anchored in the front, and it opposes the rotation of the axle, the anchor arm is under compression. If anchored on the rear, it's under tension. If you didn't have axle nuts, hitting the throttle forces the axle out of the dropout for the front anchored example, and further into the dropout if rear anchored.
