Hi Folks. Is it possible please to automatically cut the power when using a gng 2015 with an alfine 8 hub? Just trying to help preserve the hub's life a little. Thanks

A gear sensor is one way to do that if you can hack it into your controller, also brake cut offs work the same or you could just let go of the throttle to give time to shift without load.

Thanks Marin. Has anyone tried hacking a gear sensor or ebrake cutoff into a controller? Just wondering if it is worth the bother. Thanks again
