Help connect BionX 11S BMS to my 36V battery?

Hi there. I have one BMS from 11S BionX battery. Unfortunately, it does not work with the 36 volt battery.( I made the battery home and connected to a 10S BMS. The 11S BMS is too expensive.) The display(G2) shows an empty battery and disables the run motor. How can I fix this problem?Thank you.

And this battery pack does not work with the BMS from 11S BionX battery.The display(G2) shows an empty battery and disables the run motor.The version number of 11S BionX BMS is also 5,1 like the 10S BionX BMS.

Why doesn't it work with the 36 Volt Battery? Is your software programmed to work with only the 39.6 Volt battery? Can I change this by some device? Thank you
