You can try asking if they make you a special cable
https://www.e-bike-technologies.de/index.php/en/
Otherwise you can order Bafang cables from CNEBikes on Alibaba
I bought it from CNEBikes together with the motor.

I have a question regarding the m500 motor. When the battery drops under 30% the Controller is limiting the current to 50%. Do you have the same performance with the m600?

it happened to me again twice today. it only happen if from a freewheel then i pedal. it wont happen when i pedal always. but it also doenst happen often. strangeAnimalector said:It has happened to me. I actually think it is a software artefact. In the way they measure and smooth the torque sensor data, it's getting a false zero. Stuttering and then starting again.
Can't be sure though. But it's happened to me twice both times in the same "situation" a very long steep climb high cadence, medium level assistance pushing hard on the pedals but trying to keep traction moving slowly, 6 or 7km/h
Anyways it's just a guess and not really a big deal. I've otherwise done over a thousand hard and rough km on m500 and m600 and this issue has only happened twice on the same climb at different occasions.
artyy said:I felt the same as you described my diagnosis was as yours but then i tuned speed sensor precisely and voilà everything works fine and smooth... I suspect the reason is that speed is not read constantly and controller gives power inappropriately (so to speak... )
Thank you so much andy. Will try itAnimalector said:I think ensure it is 10 to 20mm Gap.woth the magnet centred on the logo. The manual was attached earlier. Just look in there
Edit... Less than 10mm is NOT GOOD!!!! Causes strange errors

Hello, My bike is powered with Bafang M500.
When I connect InnoMaker between display and motor I manage to send info to bike. On the info page on diplay is speed limit 60km/h and graphic is displaying 60 km/h. I close the device and connect display amd motor directly and everything is still O.K. When I turn power off and on again, speed is reverting to 25km/h. What am I doing wrong. Please help.
When I checked the errorcode, I found that there are quite a few, 25 and 30. Maybe someone knows how I can erase the errorcode from memory. Maybe this is causing problems?
