Need 46 tooth chainring for TSDZ2

I need a 46 tooth chainring for the TSDZ2 like the one here, with the small offset. Anybody know where to get one or who makes this one?

Any 110bcd chainring should work. If you get a N/W (Narrow / Wide) chainring, it will decrease your chain drops.

I need the offset in order to keep the outside plate of the derailleur I'm using from rubbing. With two chainrings, the outer is at 65mm w/o any offset. The Saint SL M805 front derailleur is designed for a chainline of 57.5mm. It can go a bit wider but 65mm is a few mm too far.
