Cyclone 3000W Fan mod

Hello,

Does anyone know where I can get the 3D file for the fan pictured below? I've tried looking for other threads on this but I'm not coming up with much. I saw what looked like an 80mm fan modified to fit as well. If you have any other information, please let me know.

I'm not sure how much impact this has in a closed motor. I got told by another user here potting it is way more effective.
