Last year I ordered a Luna 60A Cyclone controller for my bike. I'd built them before, and I also own a 4000W with yet another wiring configuration (waterproof plug for both phase and hall wires). Anyway, I wanted to clean up the mess of loose wires and plugs that come with this controller, so I removed the plugs and soldered the wires directly, then covered it in protective nylon weave. I left tags of the correctly colored wire on the controller side so I could match them up later for resoldering.
Anyway, I have an extra yellow wire, and I cant remember what it attaches to. Usually it would go to a red wire on the hall wire plug, but this controller doesnt have one (in or out). Last thing I want to do is wire it wrong and fry something.
AT the bottom is a pic of the old style of wiring that my controller doesnt have. Note the red wire going in and out (via a black looped wire) of the hall sensor plug.
Anyone have this controller? Help?
