I didn't want another one so I went back to a stock crank chainring combo and like it better anyways. Plus I was able to fit it without tensioners. The picture has the old dead one that had a bad bearing. I think having different great ratios for the crank and mid drive is more efficient overall than sharing one gear at the same time. Also I'm using fixed gears.

Hi I'm just testing out this fix for a broken front freewheel chainring that came with this cyclone mid drive kit. I bought a three speed freewheel from China and used a bottom bracket cup to screw on an additional chainring. Now I'm able to freewheel when using the motor.
