SW102 Pinout

I am getting error 30 with this wiring broke my Higo connector trying to wire directly. question is does tx go to rx or do they stay the same.

As far as communication, I've always thought the TX of one goes to the RX of the other.

Going to a Bafang controller?

Are you getting 5vdc output from the controller?
