BBSHD Controller question

I would like to know if I swap controllers for my BBSHD can I achieve what I want. I would like to have the bike feed me more motor on lower cadance and as cadance increases the power would start to drop in a linear form. As it is with the stock controller I can only see a way for the bike to cut power when cadance increases, this is not wnat I want I want it to slowly drop according to how fast I am pedaling, slower pedaling = more motor, faster pedaling motor power drops in a linear fashion
