I noticed Bafang has an 850c and it looks very much like the one I see sold with Tongsheng TSDZ2 motors. Are they the exact same, and therefore interchangeable with either motor? Or is this a clash of different products with the same model#?
There is also a DPC-14 masquerading sometimes as an 850c and sometimes as a p850c. There is also a TFT-850c. Are these things all the same?
Superficially they look like the same product. OTOH the open source project specifically and exclusively refers to the TSDZ2. At the same time, a Bafang project exists by the same Github user, but there are no files or activity for that project. This kind of implies they're not interchangable.
I ask, because I'm shopping for parts a la carte (because no kit is complete in my weird situation), and I'd like to know if I can just as well buy a Bafang 850c and flash it with the open firmware to control a TSDZ2.
