Kelly controller identification trouble

Hi guys.

I have a kls 3000w controller. I have a shitty ebay 1800w brushless motor for a kids motorbike. I have worked it up and when i do the identification process it goes for about 20-30 seconds then nothing. I left it for 10min. Sometimes it comes up with hall error I just have to turn the motor one notch and the error goes away. Could it have a faulty hall sensor?

I have been trying to do an identification process on my kelly controller. It only goes for 20-30 seconds then nothing. When i go in the app it come up with hall error sometimes. If i move it 1 notch the error goes away could this be a broken hall sensor
