Eggrider problems

Just hooked up the eggrider on a new bbs02 bike , once connected to my iPad the bike started jerking the chain repeatedly
Have no idea what that means

Bbs02 has the “ second” gen controller and I am running 52 volt battery

Unplugged eggrider and plugged back in the regular display and bike seems fine

EggRider has active and on-point support. I encourage you to contact them. That said, EggRiders require a bit more involvement and thought than the typical BBSxx displays. I still don't get why they are easier for some than a programming cable. They are a tool that has a learning curve. OR stay OEM for the win.
