tsdz2 weird noise after replacing nylon gear bearing

hey
does anyone know what might this be ? i replaced both nylon gear bearings but the noise is still present when motor reaches around 55 60 degree C

Axle motor side 608RS – carter side 6001RS

Did you check the gear meshing on the drive side? I'd make sure every tooth on the small axle gear was in perfect shape and not spinning loose or grinding anything.
 
last time when I was changing bearings all gears looked perfect . if they were faulty gears would it seem to be temperature dependent ?
 
This may be too late to help the OP but for others who encounter the same noise:
I assume you are asking about the steady clickity clack sound, not the wind noise or the gear whine. Check that the chain is not hitting one of the bolts on the chain ring, or that you might have a worn out chain or chain ring sprocket that is not engaging smoothly.
Does the same click happen when pedaling with the motor turned off?
