Drop bar bike cable routing with a mid-drive motor

Is there any way I could install a mid-drive kit (preferably TSDZ2) on this bike, or is a hub drive my only viable option:

The bike would tick all of my boxes for a good value commuter, but the issue, as far as I can see, is the exposed cable routing below the bottom bracket. The same cable routing approach seems to be prevalent across drop bar road bikes, and generic advice for overcoming this issue would thus also be welcome.
 
I think Bafang make a stabiliser bar that secures the motor away from the down tube. It ensures there is always sufficient gap for the cables to operate correctly.

There may be something similar for the motor you mentioned?


Edit: just looked at its design, you'd probably have to reroute the cables I would say.
