Cycle analyst readings off?

Does anyone else have this issue where cycle analyst seems to alter the current measurements when the throttle is passed thru it? When the throttle is connected directly to the controller, it caps at 55 amps. When the throttle is passed thru the CA, it caps at 51 amps. I've noticed this with several motor controllers. Anyone notice the same? I don't have any limits on at all and I've checked several times. It doesn't seem to affect actual real life power but ofc I don't know for sure, just seems to measure wrong.
