Has anyone heard of, seen or bought the Steinerdesign Ultra E Fully bike?

Hi everyone,
I came across a bike called Steiner Ultra E bike online on two different sites below

On paper it has some very interesting characteristics...
1. Bafang Ultra means it could be upgraded with the Archon X1 for great power, very smooth pedal assist and energy efficiency.
2. Dual removable battery, internal to the frame top and down tubes for very well concealed batteries totaling 1180Wh. And there is space / option for an external 750Wh battery on top of the downtube that would allow you to take on almost 2kWh when needed!
3. Rohloff AND Gates carbon belt. That only appears on the orangebc site not the Steiner site so I wonder if it is a customization by the former...
4. The orangebc site also mention Europe Moped L1e certification available.

This all seems too good to be true, and I cannot find a lot online about actual users, which makes me suspicious.
Any Info welcome...

I Have since then succeeded to contact both Steiner and OrangeBC.
They collaborated on the design, and the bike is indeed available but they only run a small production every year.
