Sabvoton Current limiting with CA3

Hello guys, so I have a 150A Sabvoton controller on a 72v 48ah battery. I only want to go 15mph all the time. I know I can limit the speed on the CA but does limiting the current also help get more range? With a watt hour calculation of 3456wh, giving me around 170 miles in range, apparently the current on the controller is going to drop this a bit as it could be too high. My question is, if this is the case, what's the minimum output in terms of voltage, current etc I need to set on my CA in order to achieve 15mph? Let's factor in some hills and my weight is 213lbs.
