I actually have it bath in CVT fluid, plugged up the vent holes with 2 screws. It’s quiet down a lot, however, I’d like it whisper quiet.
Read up on an older thread on glass filled plastic gear someone had custome ordered but can’t find where to get a set.

If it doesn't say where they got them, you might have to ask them. I only did a very quick google but didn't see anything orderable.

I got in touch with the OP on the glass filled gears. His experiment was a failure, the gears did not stand up to higher torque.
Hmmm, wonder how just the regular 3k cyclone gears can handle the motor since it’s just polymer/plastic..
