Denzel Deco 275 + D9000 Setup Help

I've got my hands on a Denzel D9000 motor and the Deco 275 controller. Does anyone have an english version of the manual for the Deco controller? Alternatively is there any information out there around how to use the config software? I think I have everything connected properly based on the wiring diagram here:

When I apply throttle the motor just twitches back and forth. To me this sounds like the hall sensors aren't configured properly.

How do I use the "Param Est Mode"? I assume this is used to configure the hall sensors.
