Enduro build kit

Hello., I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on the Ablebike A9+ 5-12kw enduro kits? I've wanted to do a stealth knockoff for a while and this kit is supposed to be 100% complete. For about $3000 price and getting all the parts in one kit that you can upgrade/customize it seems like a really good deal. Any input would be much appreciated.Screenshot_20220820-085512.png

find out the details of the component pls,
kits don't make sense unless you know which:

1. motor
2. frame
3. Front fork
4. Rear suspension
5. Controller
6. Tires/rims
you are getting, and the battery is the key, unless they tell you what is inside it, run don't walk.

I have been dreaming of one and started picking up pieces.

Frame (knock off) $500,
Motor with wheel $500, qs motor 205 50h laced to 17 inch, shitty factory wheel but you can impress the ladies.
Fork - hard to find any in stock, Boxxer is around $1600
controller - far driver $300
Battery = ??

just to give you an idea
 
Thanks., here's the complete parts list. For that price I planned on getting a high quality battery separate in case the one they provide shits the bed. I don't think they'll allow you to buy it without a battery. Anyway, I'll attach photos of the parts and brands etc. It all looks decent to me.. any opinions welcomed

they now sell the full bike parts set minus the battery for about $2k+. That includes a qs 205 v3 and savoton 100-150 MCU.. minus the battery which I planned on buying separately to begin with.. It looks like a relatively straightforward build. I think I'm gonna order it in a few weeks and assemble it throughout the winter while I save $2k for a nice battery. I was hoping someone else might've gone the same route and had input. Any would be appreciated. thx

I would find out the exact motor model first, the description does not clarify the exact model they are selling you.
List the major part and price them out and see if you are not paying a HUGE markup.

I just finished one that is almost exactly the same except that I got the 44.8 Ah battery and 3.5T windings. Having been away from motorcycles for a while it is almost scary! The settings are conservative right now so on pavement WOT does not lift the wheel but it gets light. Only had it up to 52mph on pavement so far but have done a bit of off road wandering. There is BLM land near here with adobe hills and washes that makes for a lot of up and down, with some ridges that feel narrow for a rookie. At 15mph some of it feels death defying since I wasn't a dirt biker before. The bike will climb anything that I've tried and without slipping the rear wheel except on occasion. You can hear bird songs while tooling along too!

The frame is one of the basic ones. The rear dropouts are beefy so it looks like they will hold up and if not, there is enough material to do some repairs. With everything in place the bike weighs 168 lbs. No instructions came with the parts so I faked it. There were a couple times that things had to be either redone or adjusted. Then came the wiring... I got stumped and contacted Otto at Able bike again. The next morning there was a message with the assembly instructions attached! Otto was good about replying to queries but there is usually about a 12 hr delay which is to be expected. The instructions contain a large number of hires photos and just enough text to get the point across. They are pretty good and would have saved me several hours but these things happen. Once the wiring was connected, and the hall test complete it was time for a series of test rides. Total assembly time was approximately 12-15 hours. I could only work for 1-3 hours at a time so I didn't keep track very well.

There was an enclosure for a battery inside the frame but it had to come out due to the size of the 44.8 Ah. The Sabvoton 72150 barely fits and I still have to get a shunt in there for the Cycle Analyst that will be installed. I need to add a main contactor and breaker also and will do so before long. The plan is to build it into a street legal enduro before spring. Fortunately I met a guy who will help with the process.

There have been a few glitches but overall I am pleased with the kit and finished product. With only about 50 miles on it, I think it is really going to grow on me. SWAG on range with the rides so far is 40 miles under those conditions. I suspect much better if riding on the flats or around town.
