Looking for an alternative to the Polly DP-9 battery case?

Hey everyone, I'm on the quest to build a second 52v pack for my bike and am trying to find a case that can hold at least 91 cells.... 120 cells would be ideal 😅.

I'd go with another DP-9 but the one I have now; the plastic case started to crack from vibration within the first week, had to reinforce it with steel mesh and liquid rubber 😅 less than ideal.

So does anyone more experienced than me know of a good alternative? Ideally one that comes complete with cell holders and copper/nickel sheeting.

Thank you!

It seems 91 cells is the max using cell separation.

Batteries should come with rubber bumpers/gaskets to mitigate vibration. We sold scores of DP-9 cases and never had a return for vibration damage. I think there's maybe more to the story?

DP-9 never shipped with them, but I use the Hailong wih my DP-9, or fashion my own from thick rubber gaskets.

My packs of over 100 cells are shrink wrap cells separated triangle packs.

I like EM3ev's build.
