I am rebuilding my e-bike from rear derailleur to IGH, and have come across a problem.
My derailleur hanger is to short. I cannot get on the Nexus gearbox when the chain tensioner is mounted

Found this product Wolf Tooth RoadLink, that extend the hanger arm.

Do you think this will work, or is it something I haven't thought about? Maby you have other good solution for tension the chain?

This is the problem

IGH: Shimano Nexus 3 SG-3d55
Chain Tensioner: Shimano CT-S500
Shifter. Shimano Revoshifter

That's was not a bad idea. I also think now that the goatlink is a better option for me. Because the chain tensioner is not in line with the sprocket. If I use the goatlink I mayby not need to use spacers on the chain tensioner because the goat link moves it outwards.

Can you post a picture of your chain tensioner with the goatlink WoodlandHills? :)

I did the same conversion and I just removed the black plastic bottom cover to get the clearance I needed to attach the shifter to the axle end. I used this chain tensioner: http://a.co/5XBT7lO to replace the derailleur.

Couldn't wait for shipping of extender, so I just made one myself :)

Made out of 316 stainless steel. The treads on the Shimano derailleur is very fine M10x1, but after having been looking around at work, I actually found a threading die and a tap that was M10x1 :D
The plate is sandblasted

Weary happy with the result.

If the plate is slipping, I will then TIG weld on a nut and have a screw in to hold against the dropout
