Hi all,

Scrolling the internet I found about Occupy Cars and their BORGI motor. It's an open source project for a hub motor:
https://github.com/occupycars/BORGI-WheelHubMotor

All the drawings are their, they lack only instructions and testing. I was wondering if any of you new about them or tried to build your own BORGI motor?

Hi, i have interest in this project to. Actually i started to build the aluminium parts of the rotor. My doubt is about the coils for the eletromagnets (210*4,6m 0,1mm copper wire). 210*4,6m ?? How my turns? For the control i intend to use a VESC 100A controller, another opensource project.
