Hallo to all..

Well I have started something that I think was going to be easy but it isn’t really
To many questions to get it right
I talking about converting and A2B motor with internal controller to an external controller with in the motor hall sensors.
So I had to take out the controller PCB inside the hub motor and connect three phase wires to the outside of the motor
Up to here no problems.
Now comes the big problem for me.
Since the original motor did not have any hall sensors inside I now have to place new hall sensors.
I have two problems one problem is where exactly do I need to place the sensors and the second problem is I can only place them in between the slots of the stator windings not in the metal core laminators. I also believe that the placement of the hall-sensors depends on the kind of windings system of the coils.
I don’t have any idea about this
The stator has 42 poles
So is there anybody here who can tell me exactly where I need to place the hall sensors in between the slots

some info that may be useful. not every thread listed on the pages is relevant, but several are, and should be obvious by title:

there's more info out there that isn't quite as easy to find though.

Yes interesting info.
I will have a good read into these
Thank you for your info :bigthumb:
