I´ve measured the phase Amps from my Sabvoton SVMC72150 and it is not reaching the claimed 350A.
Measuring was done with a Rogovski current transducer and a Fluke scope meter, but my true RMS current meter shows nearly the same values. In the software the limit is set to 350A and protect to 450A.

Scooter is a Masini Extremo ( Erider Thunder) , the wheelbase had to be extended to fit the big battery
Motor is a QS60V5000W V2 .
Battery is 21S5P (total 100AH] LiNMC power pouch cell capable of deliefering continious 800A . BMS is rated 200A continous.
Resistance at the controller is 13mOhm including battery, fuse and cabling.
The controller draws on the DC side 165A and peaks up to 172A , resulting in midrange power up to 14kW.
Voltage drop at the controller at 165A and 68°F (20°C) is only 2.1V.
Motor wires are 16mm² / awg 5, and as short as possible.

Has anyone ever measured the 350A phase current with the SVMC72150? Can it really deliver this 350A?
Or are the 350A only the top of the sinus curve?

I´ve already killed before another SVMC 72150 and a 72260 , both with flux weakenig enabled and no load.
But both had not more "starting" power. I want the scooter to accelerate faster from the start. Midrange acceleration and topspeed is ok with 102km/h or 63mph without flux weakening.
With the 72260 I had measured in the midrange up to 17kW power and the other 72150 was limiting DC to 150A with measuring up to 12,5kW.

That´s why I´m probably leaving the Sabvoton route.
Has anyone measured other controllers if they reach there values?

Adding a few impressions of the build.

Later I can ad another 5-10 batteries to a total 22-23S5P Pack , if I get a bigger Hub-Motor, maybe a 10kw version
I also have the original motor from the scooter which was rated as 8kW but has only 2 wires awg9 / 6mm² per phase and is a little lighter.
But I started with the 5kW motor from my previous scooter.

Does the unlock software also work with newer controllers with build date 2020?
How much phase Amps can the 72150 run?

My scooter is heavy , because of the 70kg (155lb) battery.
Acceleration to 80kp/h takes 12-13seconds.
At this run battery was at 82V.
