I bought this motor using our local seller site called kijiji. It is a single axel motor. It has a 4 bolt pattern that I think is for a golf cart wheel. The motor is heavy and feels heavy duty the rating on it is 48v500w. The person I bought it from didn't know much about it other then that he was told it came off of a segway. The motor also came with two identical 48v controllers.
I asked QS motors if this is one of their motors but was told that they ran the serial in their database and found nothing. So I'm just wondering if anyone has seen this motor before or know who manufactures it. I would like to use it but first I have to figure out how to mount a disk brake on it. The bolt pattern looks similar to what qsmotors uses but I was hoping that finding out the manufacturer will help with this.
