help, emax hub motor with damaged wire harness.

so I bought a 72 4000W emax/proud eagle hub motor and the wiring harness was damaged in shipping. i was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction how to replace the harness i would be grateful

as you can see at least one wire was cut and i cant tell how damaged the rest are

I would VERY carefully peel/cut away the outer black insulation up to where it enters the axle. Repair the broken and damaged wires and insulate it again.
