Kelly Controller Tuning with throttle

I have a Kelly controller KLS-7218m sine wave BLDC controller. It is attached to an Axial Flux BLDC motor made by my company. The motor works fine on the vehicle other than one issue, while acceleration it works fine but after reaching max speed, if i release throttle and throttle again, it tries to stop the vehicle instead of freewheeling. Kindly suggest what tuning parameters needs to be changed in kelly.

Did you ever find the fix to this problem I am having same problem.... if wheel is still moving it stops wheel before continuing to speed back up if the throttle is used before the wheel completely stops...I have a different model of controller but same problem. Wondering if it'll fix my model aswell of kelly controller...?
