Hi I'm looking to CNC cut a thick torque arm that will bolt on the disc brake caliper mounting bolts.
Any help?

Depending on the design, you might also consider water-jetting. They can cut 2D shapes into fairly thick stainless steel plate.

I've had good luck with "Big Blue Saw"
