Bafang G06 750w hub motor best option for fatbike?

Hello i have fatbike, and i want put some engine only hubs not mid, mostly im interested in torque not top speed, , fat wheels are big, like 29inch normal bike, i plan to use it on beach, so i dont want high speed, 30km/h is enough for me, i use ebikes.ca calculator and seems that if i use 36v battery it should be around 32km/h on most efficiency range. this is good way of thinking? or maybe are some better hubs for fat bike with high torque? maybe someone have that engine and can say a little bit about it.
